Jescelle’s practice, research, and passions dive into social justice issues, environmentalism, public involvement strategy, and education. Jescelle practiced as a Change Management Specialist at Gensler. She also founded Well Outside, an activism and strategy thought lab, to pursue justice based projects and collaborations. Additionally, Jescelle an Assistant Teaching Professor at Arizona State University serving landscape architecture, urban design, and environmental design students. Jescelle has served and in some capacity continues to serve on a number of civically focused boards, commissions and committees. Jescelle aims to steer current trends towards a more progressive, thorough and fresh way of approaching design.
