Naomi Davis is the Founder/President of BIG! Blacks in Green™, born to reinvent the bygone “communeconomy” of her childhood era by harnessing the new green economy. BIG is an environmental justice and economic development 501c3 non-profit tackling pollution and poverty with a system BIG created – The Sustainable Square Mile™ and a goal of closing the racial health/wealth gap by teaching the risks of climate crisis and opportunities of the new green economy. Naomi sees the Age of Climate Crisis as the perfect environment for solving racial disparity by investing in walkable neighborhoods where black families thrive with local economies.
