Clark Wilson is an urban designer with EPA’s Green Infrastructure Team in the Office of Wastewater Management. At EPA, Mr. Wilson focuses his research and policy work on integrating green infrastructure into street and neighborhood design. He has been the agency’s lead on several design assistance programs and is currently manages the Campus RainWorks Challenge—a green infrastructure design competition for university and colleges. He is also the co-lead for the Green Infrastructure Federal Collaborative—a community of practice of over a dozen federal agencies that seeks to facilitate strategies that foster climate resilience and encourage the equitable implementation of green infrastructure in all communities. Prior to joining the EPA, Mr. Wilson was an Associate Principal with at an urban design firm in Oakland, CA. and taught urban design studios at UC Berkeley in the departments of Architecture, Landscape Architecture and City Planning. Mr. Wilson’s has an undergraduate degree in Fine Arts (University of Lethbridge); and graduate degrees in Architecture (University of British Columbia), Landscape Architecture (UC Berkeley) and City Planning (UC Berkeley).
