Geoff Sharpe, ASLA, is a Vice President of Creative Planning and Development at Federal Realty where he is responsible for the Trust's development portfolio in the Mid-Atlantic region. With a background in urban design and twenty-five years' experience in the industry, he brings a design focus to developing the next generation of Federal’s retail and mixed-use properties. Before moving into real estate development Geoff practiced urban design at RTKL and EDAW. He has won awards from ICSC, NAIOP, and APA, among others. Geoff received a BA from Oberlin College and an MLA from the Harvard University Graduate School of Design.
