Mr. Sloan is a landscape architect and urban planner with almost 30 years of private and public sector experience. He has worked on projects ranging from private gardens and public parks to neighborhood master plans and zoning ordinances. With a strong foundation in landscape construction and design he is also an expert in the regulatory arena of entitlements and regularly serves as an expert witness in redevelopment cases. He has presented seminars and classes at USGBC, APA's annual conference, ASLA, ULI, and universities in the DC Area. He also currently serves on the leadership team of the SDD PPN.
