Aaron Kowalski, AICP is an Associate Principal and Urban Planning Consultant for the RDA at MKSK (2016).
As a consultant to Policy Analytics and Fiscal and the RDA, Aaron has served as the lead land use and redevelopment planner for the RDA. Aaron has successfully collaborated with the RDA and local units of government in the region to elevate the potential of expanding the South Shore Commuter Rail system through updated economic development and land use planning in support of transit-oriented development. Aaron currently is supporting TOD implementation throughout the region as a consultant to the RDA.
