He has been a supervisor with the DowntownDC Business Improvement District for 3 years and currently leads a team of staff in the daily maintenance and operations of the park. Mr. Diaz was born in El Salvador, but has been living in Virginia for over 30 years. He is a lover of animals - especially dogs.
