With over 20 years of experience, she has led the design vision for multiple project types of varying scale in the US and internationally. In her current role, she not only guides the vision for major projects, but also works to develop tools and platforms to elevate the design practice at her firm. In addition to being a champion of the design process, her passion lies in elevating sustainability across the firm and teaching / mentoring younger staff.
