Jen Cross, PLA, ASLA, has spent her career transforming communities across the country, benefiting people and the environment in the process. As a site design leader, Cross leads the Omaha implementation practice specializing in resilient urban design, parks and recreation, campus planning and healthcare design. She integrates landscape architecture across disciplines, promotes design excellence, advocates for integrated workplace culture to grow and diversify the profession. Jen has served as the ASLA CPC Chair, Nebraska/Dakotas Chapter President, and co-chair for Central States ASLA. Jen received the 2023 Design Achievement award from Iowa State University for her contributions to the profession.
