Susan is the Principal of Lost & Found Design working on wayfinding, exhibition design, and reconciliation. She's collaborated on signage for parks, campuses and cities up and down the west coast from Lima to Juneau. Susan re-shapes design process to reveal and help dismantle Canada’s colonial relationship to Indigenous communities. She has been a juror for national competitions in graphic design, advertising and photography, and has spoken internationally on topics such as "Nothing to Buy Here" and "Storytelling in the Landscape". Susan is currently engaged in PhD research looking at design projects and processes as non-traditional educational environments for reconciliation.
