Maureen D. Joseph, ASLA, is the Chief of Resource Management for the George Washington Memorial Parkway for the National Park Service, National Capital Region, with an B.S. degree in landscape architecture. Maureen has over thirty-four years of experience working for the National Park Service in various positions. Most notably she is recognized for her documentation of cultural landscapes and development of treatment guidance for park managers, including several Washington DC area iconic landscapes, including the Lincoln Memorial and Dumbarton Oaks Park. Maureen now oversees the management duties for Arlington House, Great Falls Park, three historic parkways, and two presidential memorials.
