Emily McCoy is an Associate Professor of Practice at NCSU and Principal at Design Workshop, an internationally renowned design firm specializing in landscape architecture, urban planning and strategic services. At Design Workshop, Emily leads the Raleigh Studio and serves on the Board of Directors. Throughout her 17 year career, she has worked on a wide range of award-winning projects across the world that are models for sustainability, which leverage her published research in landscape performance and technology. Emily is passionate about her service to the community and serves on the LAF Board, PSU Stuckeman Advisory Board, and NCSU Advisory Board.
