Jennifer Toole is the founder and President of Toole Design. She has over 30 years of experience planning and designing multimodal transportation systems. Jennifer has a strong background in urban design and a keen understanding of how to design streets that work for all users. She has been involved in numerous projects of national significance for the Federal Highway Administration, AASHTO, and NHTSA, and was awarded the 2008 Professional of the Year award by the Association of Pedestrian and Bicycle Professionals. In the fall of 2023, Jennifer was inducted as a Fellow to the American Society for Landscape Architects.
